John Sinodis joins Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona Board of Directors

PHOENIX (February 27, 2015)— Jennings Haug Cunningham is pleased to announce that John Sinodis was appointed to the board of directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona. Mr. Sinodis joins eleven other members of the medical and business community on the non-profit organization’s board.
Mr. Sinodis, who is managing partner for Jennings Haug Cunningham, has been actively involved with the Epilepsy Foundation for several years. His three-year term on the board commenced in February 2015.
Mr. Sinodis’ legal practice is focused in the representation of equipment lessors and funding sources in all aspects of equipment leasing including litigation, documentation, insolvency, and transactional matters. In addition, he represents financial institutions and asset-based lenders in the areas of commercial litigation, secured transactions, asset recovery, loan restructure and business litigation. Mr. Sinodis is actively involved in various industry and legal associations. He earned his law degree and Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona has been committed to the welfare of those suffering from epilepsy since 1973. More than 66,000 Arizonans suffer from this disease, but with the help of the Board of Directors, volunteers and donors, the Foundation has been able to provide support and education for those who need help. The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona is proud to have John Sinodis join its board of directors to continue the efforts of the Foundation and the fight against epilepsy.
