PHOENIX, AZ (January 9, 2013)–Jennings Haug Cunningham is pleased to announce that Hillary Gagnon, a partner with the firm, was elected to serve a one-year term as chair of the board for the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust section, which commences in January 2013.
Ms. Gagnon’s practice is focused in estate planning and probate law, as well as commercial litigation. Her estate planning work allows her to assist clients with the development and preparation of personalized estate plans appropriate for their individual and family needs. Ms. Gagnon also assists families and individuals with guardianships, conservatorships and post death administration of estates in both contested and uncontested matters.
The estate planning, probate and trust section of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s mission is to inform its members about developments in estate, probate and trust case law, rules, and legislation through educational seminars and workshops.
Ms. Gagnon is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association. She earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School with honors in 1997.
