Martindale

Mr. Sinodis is the Managing Partner for the firm and is the Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee. Over the course of 30 years as an attorney, he has developed a wide range of experience in the drafting of transactional documentation and enforcement of leases and loans for commercial equipment and machinery. Mr. Sinodis represents a broad range of equipment lessors and asset based lenders in all aspects of business finance including commercial litigation, asset recovery, loan restructure and secured transactions.

Practicing in Arizona and California, Mr. Sinodis advises corporations, business entities, creditors and lessors in matters of litigation and pursuit of claims against debtors who have entered bankruptcy. He has built a track record of success in restructuring agreements and moving to seize assets in order to maximize recovery for clients.

Mr. Sinodis is a trained mediator having received his training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mr. Sinodis is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sinodis served as the President of General Leasing Co. and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Sinodis also serves on the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona Board of Directors.

Mr. Sinodis is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. 1982 and J.D. 1985), has earned the AV Rating with Martindale Hubbell® and has been named an Arizona Super Lawyer.
