Representative Cases

Mr. Aaron is a litigator who focuses  on civil liability defense and insurance defense. Prior to joining Jennings Haug Cunningham, Mr. Aaron was employed as a Staff Attorney with a large insurance company where he was involved in defending a wide range of liability claims. Additionally, Mr. Aaron was also previously employed as a public defender where he was involved in extensive trial work in indigent criminal defense.
 
Mr. Aaron is a 2015 graduate of the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, Mr. Aaron was selected to participate in the school’s Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Clinic, where Mr. Aaron drafted an appeal and had the honor of participating in oral arguments in April of 2015. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Aaron worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.  Mr. Aaron is a 2010 graduate of Union College of Schenectady New York.

Representative Cases

  • Defense Counsel, Juan L. Bracamontes v. Darren L. Mullins, et.al. Maricopa County (Arizona) Superior Court (2018). Mr. Aaron obtained a defense ruling in mandatory arbitration by arguing Plaintiff failed to meet their burden of persuasion in proving the identity of the at fault driver.
  • Defense Counsel, Jane Kim et. al., v. Paul T. Hopkins, Maricopa County (Arizona) Superior Court (2018). In a case where Plaintiffs alleged the defendant veered into Plaintiffs’ lane, which caused a side impact accident, Mr. Aaron obtained a defense ruling in mandatory arbitration. The arbitrator found Plaintiffs had failed to meet their burden of persuasion in showing Mr. Aaron’s client was liable.
