Travis Pacheco joined the firm in May 2009, and became a Partner in 2016. He represents clients in the areas of labor and employment, general civil and business litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury.

Mr. Pacheco earned his law degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2008, where he received the Dean's Recognition Award. In 2003, he graduated from Arizona State University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in both Spanish and Communication.

Mr. Pacheco has successfully defended employers against charges of employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims filed with state and federal agencies, including the EEOC and the Arizona Attorney General's Civil Rights Division. He assists employers and employees regarding a broad spectrum of employment law areas by providing preventative counseling and advice, drafting employment handbook policies, and by drafting/analyzing/enforcing various employment agreements.

In addition to his employment law practice, Mr. Pacheco regularly assists clients in resolving various business contract and payment disputes. He has successfully defended large restaurant and hotel chains against personal injury claims, and frequently represents parties in auto accident and other personal injury litigation.

Mr. Pacheco is fluent in Spanish and comes from one of the pioneer families of Southern Arizona.
