Mr. Sinodis is the Managing Partner, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Financial Services Client Service Group at Jennings Haug Cunningham. His practice concentration includes commercial finance, asset based lending, equipment leasing and the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Sinodis represents a wide range of equipment lessors and asset based lenders in all aspects of business finance. He routinely advises clients in complex loan transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Sinodis has a successful track record representing lenders in loan enforcement actions, bankruptcy proceedings and out of court workouts. He is also a trained mediator having received his training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sinodis served as the President of General Leasing Co. and is a current member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Sinodis also serves the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona as its Vice-Chair and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Sinodis is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. 1982 and J.D. 1985), has earned an AV Rating with Martindale Hubbell® and has been named an Arizona Super Lawyer.
