PHOENIX (December 18 , 2017) - Jennings Haug Cunningham (JHC) is pleased to announce that Jessica Beckwith has joined the firm's environmental practice, and will also be practicing in the area of attorney regulation and ethics.

Ms. Beckwith is experienced in representing clients in environmental litigation and on matters involving solid waste, wastewater, recycling, and recycled water contracts, ordinances, laws, and regulations. In addition, Ms. Beckwith has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in a variety of administrative proceedings, government tort claims/notices of claim, and public records requests and litigation.

Her experience in attorney regulation and ethics includes advising attorneys and law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and State Bar complaints in California, fee disputes, disciplinary matters, disqualification issues, bar admissions, and other licensing, ethics, and professional responsibility issues.

Ms. Beckwith is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California, where she practiced for six years prior to joining JHC. She earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2009 and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2006, where she earned cum laude distinction.
