Mr. Yurk is an AV-rated lawyer whose practice focuses on professional liability, lawyer discipline, and complex civil litigation. He regularly represents lawyers and other professionals in professional liability and discipline matters.

Mr. Yurk serves on the Arizona Supreme Court Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee, and was a long-time member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct. He has spoken at more than 80 seminars on professional conduct and ethics, is an adjunct professor of law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and is a contributing author of Arizona Legal Ethics Handbook (3d edition).

In his spare time, Mr. Yurk works as a Replay Official with the National Football League.
